Here it is, Noia for Megalauncher with background and two icon packs! If anyone is interested in more Noia icons I have appicon and a bunch of icon packs. What cool about appicon and megalauncher is that when you set a custom icon you can delete the icon pack and the changed icon will remain. I also have a Noia skin for aeroplayer.
