I came here to read about the new Eee Reader (what a cool play on the name BTW), but instead see discussions on liseuse. It seems that there are only a few who want to use that name and they are destroying the forum with promoting it's use. People (non MobileRead forum members) are starting to know what an e-reader device is and now some want to change the name. No one will know what you are talking about. We want to promote e-reader devices, do we not. They are electronic reading devices and e-reader suits perfectly. I have been a member of this forum for most of this year and I have only just learned of the term liseuse.
I think you are getting a bit carried away with the actual damage it is doing to the forum, but with so many searches on ebooks leading towards this site it does seem to be quite unhelpful for people to try and push this fairly stupid attempt to create some kind of in-joke meme.
