For my cellphone, I use "OBEX file transfer" to open the directories and transfer files back and forth but for Q7, when I click "OBEX", it tells me "service not found".
BTW, I use Window XP on my laptop

Try this on your WinCE files;
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53341 it should give you 95% English and might help sort your connection problems. I will have to refresh my memory regarding WinCE connections before I comment any further.
