Do you know where on your disk Calibre keeps your books? If you don't, go to preferences and at the top of general preferences should be your path to your books.

Now, go to that folder using windows explorer -- you can use the windows key and "E" to open windows explorer (not Internet Explorer, windows explorer).

Are all of your books still in that directory? You should find one folder per author and underneath each author should be all of the books by that author. Are all of your books still there even though they aren't showing in Calibre?
