I guess we have few members from Hawaii or the islands of Micronesia (Guam, Saipan, Yap, Rota, etc...) as no one has mentioned the one cookbook found at most supermarket check-out counters in this places;

"100 All Time Favorite 'Spam' Recipes!"

(Hawaii is the #1 ingestor of our favorite canned meat product, with the various Pacific islands coming in a close second. I used to see so many people buying case-loads of 'Spam' at the Cost-Co on Guam. It was so popular you could actually order Spam dishes in many local family restaurants! "Denny's" served a 'Fried Spam and Egg' breakfast!)
