You and me both, Shel. She is right there at the top of my list--and often in the number one spot (right after I read something of hers.) Just a gem. An absolute gem. Did you know she put out a book on Egyptology? My library has it. I will look to see if I can find the title.

Oh--thought of another author that you might like. Virginia Lanier. MUST READ. Not too cozy. More towards straight mystery--much like I would classify Sandra West Prowell (another MUST READ, but she is out of print. Go forth and dig until you find them!!!!)
