Emmma Bull could be cozy. I can't think of the title I read offhand, but it was okay. A sort of western cozy speculative fiction thing. Slow at the start, but picked up second half.

I assume you have read all of the Elizabeth Peters series (Vicky Bliss and Amelia Peabody)?????

Hi, Maria. I've read Charles de Lint and like him, although you're right, it's not cozy. And yes, of course I've read all the Elizabeth Peters series. Amelia, Vicky, Jacqueline and stand alones. Barbara/Elizabeth is my all time favorite author, and when she dies (she's over 80), I have already warned everyone who knows me I'm calling off work and crying all day.
