I have a book to post about - but first I just wanted to say a big 'ol Thanks a Million for this fantastic thread you got here! I check this one (& only this one) many times each week cuz you folks are just right on top of what is currently available on amazon for free & cheap for the Kindle. THANK YOU!!

And so now I finally have a cheap book find to contribute (& I apologize, because I do not know how to do a linky thingie) ...

Skeeter: A Cat Tale by Anne L. Watson is a sweet story that is now available for one cent ($0.01) - this is by the same auhtor that wrote Pacific Avenue (which is already on your list and is also one cent)

Karen - I'd appreciate it if you could post about this one on your blog, and everyplace else you post (KB, for example). I do not know this author in any way, but I do like her work and would like to see it promoted as much as possible (she won't be making any money from it but she might get some well deserved recognition). And for a mere penny we readers are the ones that are getting a great deal on this one.
