Nomesque is right. Smashswords is a great way to go, then Kindle. Mobipocket is now closed to new publishers. Createspace is also pretty easy, and then you'd have a paper back. Another really good, really easy site to navigate is SCRIBD. In fact, you might want to try to upload it there. If you live in the US you can even charge for it, but I don't think you can otherwise.
