Hmm I didnīt know HE was at Cannes, probably seeing that Oliver Stone movie made about South America and the rise of leftist governments.
To be fair the electricity has been more reliable since i posted about in the rant, its more of a "once every couple of days" kind of thing instead of every 4-5 hours.
