Are you asking for a printed canvas, or a counted-stitch from a sheet of paper design? http://mistydreamz.com/index.htm creates counted cross-stitch (equally useful for needlepoint) charts from artists' work. Since the Cluny tapestry is likely to be out of copyright by now

she might be able to make a chart for you.
