good heavens, frozen ? in the middle of a cane field ?? in ninety degree weather ??? and it's not biggles ??? well that is surprising. actually the last bit isn't surprising. men like biggles seem to have some sort of guardian angel to protect them despite their best efforts at blithely getting themselves killed for their own damnable naïveté. in books, anyway. well this is a startling turn of events !
