i think we can almost expect it. PixelQI is (nearly ?) ready for mass-production already and it would seem to fit the bill for a device like this, definitely. i'll be very interested to see the first uses of it (i think we'll definitely see some notebooks / netbooks using it very soon, why not a liseuse as well ?)
