Has anyone noticed how pricing has actually gone up quite a bit at ereader.com? They seems to have given up on their '12.95$ max' pricing. I had hoped that this would have been a permanent pricing strategy but apparenty B&N, who own Fictionwise and ereader, aren't ready or willing yet to compete with Amazon.
