But in every case when I go back into what I was reading it goes back to a place that I have read sometimes more than an hour before. It is like its buffer get full and it cannot save or could be that it has corrupted the pointers that it keeps for the page placement for where I was at. I have had my Ezreader since early March and this has happened about once every couple of weeks and I know it is not that the battery is low. And I have tried the lbook and the bebook firmware as well as the jenke firmware.
This is not a huge problem it is just irritating.

Dear Chuck:
First, of course, please email to
support@astak.com with any problem. We want to know.
Second, I am copying your entire post and sending it to Jinke. I appreciate that you say it is not a huge problem... but we do not want you to be irritated. We aim to please. I sell nothing I do not believe in and I fully believe in the reliability of the EZ Reader.
Jinke is the best and hardest working group of engineers I have run across. They really try and they build very reliable devices. You are out of the ordinary perhaps (that is meant complimentary). I normally read 75 pages and take a breather with music. But... yours should not have that problem. I just do not want new people thinking that the EZ Reader crashes relentlessly as it is one of the most stable and reliable devices I have ever used. Let me get Jinke working on this and let us try to assist you.
You do know that there is always a manual bookmark you can use. That is simple and always works. I am anal retentive I guess, but I bookmark manually every 30-50 pages or so. It is fast and easy and does not bother me any. It is just my habit.
