It seems to me that Interead is trying really hard to make everything go smoothly, good CS and releasing an update relatively quickly.
The Cool-er website shows that their readers are out of stock. Hopefully this means that they are selling well. I really did like my Cool-er.

The Coolers are made (assemble) in Taiwan, thank the recent natural disaster, the island's transportation network was in chaos. It would be a contributional factor for the lack of stock. Then, there is the issue with e-ink production capacity. NOt just cooler, a large number of brands are lacking in stock. Maybe, it was big brands such as Sony have swallowed up most of e-ink's production for their readers ...
Netronix's reader software has a long way to go. The biggest issue was its ability to read pdf with pictures and unable to zoom on pictures.
I like it for how light it is, I can hold it up right in bed with one hand continously, something i can't do with a thick book...
