I think you mean copy protected, as in DRM, and the answer is yes.

With Sony you can currently share books between six devices (Win/Mac PC's and Readers) on the same account.


If you truly meant copyrighted then anything but the Google books they offer and if they still have their own 'classics' (didn't see them on the site) are currently under copyright.
