Great news, I too have 2 icons in my menu! It does take a while for it to load up but I reckon it's worth it. A tip on album artwork. It works either if the artwork is embedded in the track or if you put a jpeg of the cover into the album along with the tracks. I have set my music files up like this;
Root Of SD card = Folder 'Music'
In 'Music' Folder = Folder with Artist Name e.g. 'Lady Gaga'
In folder 'Lady Gaga' = Album Name 'The Fame'
In Folder 'The Fame' = mp3 tracks from album + cover.jpg
Somewhere in the options is a place where you can mark the Folder 'Music' (+ sub folders) where Amarok will check for changes i.e. new tracks added/deleted so that your list of available tracks is kept up to date.
I do hope you do enjoy it after all that work, even so, you know more about your Q7 now, than you did when you started.
