The normal click-one on Amazon does this... if you click-once buy several things within a certain time of each other (maybe even the same day) they are combined into one charge. At least, that is IIRC how it used to work.

I'm not sure why they don't do the same thing for click-once Kindle purchases.

Elsi.... that said, I think I read somewhere that the Gift Card balance is used first when buying with click-once. So, you may want to buy a gift card, apply it to your account and see how that goes.
