I tried to use this on a magazine subscription (it said ALL titles!) and it didn't work. Then I tried to use it on some titles which I did not realize were NYT best-sellers and therefore I would need to use my credit card (instead of my massive micropay stash) if I wanted the discount. Finally, I tried some multiformat titles. I was $0.10 shy of the 'large transaction bonus' so I rejigged it so I was over the $50 price point. And then they told me that if I wanted the large transaction rebate, I would have to pay with my credit card
I *hate* the new NYT best-sellers scheme. And I am a little sorry I renewed my Buywise club. This is just becoming so difficult and complicated, and I feel like it didn't used to be this way
