go ahead, twist the knife... but having said that, i wouldn't want to go to the south in winter. the south of france is summer country to me, when i go i want to go to the beach and lay around outside wearing as little clothing as possible, eat summer food on the terrasse... the last time i was there it was the end of august and the last day or so it was cold and rainy, and it was just depressing. not as much as if the weather had been that way the whole time, but still. it does get wintery there too you know.
