god yes, i couldn't have said it better.
luckily i do have a retro-planning made by an actual project manager from a previous project, i'm trying to just adapt it to this new project, but it's not really a good fit, since there was a lot of developpement on that project (none on this one), the timeline is different, there were more people working on that one (this one is just me and the client), i'm working on several projects at the same time right now so i have to try to take that into account as well for this retro-planning... oh god, it's just a nightmare.
