personally, i'm not excited at all right now, because i'm trying to make a retro-planning for a project i'm starting. ugh, i hate this kind of stuff.
it's probably not nearly as hard as it seems to me but i think my brain just doesn't work that way. usually i don't bother with them (unless i'm working with a project manager, then he can make it, that's his job), but for this project it's really indispensable. *sigh*
