Already converted message?

Is the following a bug or by design?

I have just removed a format to run a re-conversion to ePub and LRF (I am using the 0.6.11 release). In preparation I have removed the existing ePub and LRF versions from the library via the Edit metadata dialog. When I try to convert to ePub or LRF I now get told that I have run this conversion before - do I want to proceed?

Is this by design, or should that message only appear if I already have the relevant format in my library. It would seem better if the latter is the case - not whether at some time in the past I had that format in my library.

Edit: This message seem to pop up even when there has never been a book in the stated format - so I guess it is a bug?
