Unfortunately, I was unable to use the suggested shortcuts on the Mac version of Adobe Digital Editions.

I tried chatting with Sony's support people twice, but their best suggestion was to contact Adobe.

I finally telephoned Sony's support group. The helpful person told me how to hard reset the PRS300. This worked!
