Zinio from selling the company and cashing in. From the

Gilmour and managed by Doug Carlson. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. In case you wonder, Mr. Gilmour is the right guy on the picture receiving the Secretary of State's Award for Corporate Excellence.
