Hello to everyone!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone!

I am a seasoned e-book worm but also a fresh Jetbook owner. After many hours spent reading ebooks on PDAs/handhelds I found I need a dedicated ebook reader. E-ink devices would be OK if not so expensive, so I decided a Jetbook would be just enough for me.
Actually, the list of devices I used beforehand is quite long: Handspring Visor Edge (the Jetbook screen reminds me of this particular PDA), Visor Neo, Apple Newton, Siemens Simpad, Palm TX, NEC MP 790, NEC MP 900 and Ipaq HX2415. None of these was good enough: Visor Edge had the most pleasant type of screen, certainly not hard on my eyes, but the screen size was too small. Apple Newton was OK as for the size, but lack of support, limited memory and slow transfer (only serial cable) made me discard it after a short while. Siemens Simpad was very nice, but quite heavy and battery life was not good enough - only about 3-4 hours. The same goes for NEC's (which I used more for writing than reading). All in all, the best so far was Palm TX, which I still use for many purposes, but the screen size was still too small for me. That's, in a nutshell, why I bought a Jetbook. And I feel it will stay with me for a while!
