Hi everybody,

well, there's not much to say, really. I've been waiting for years now to get an ereader that is not only affordable but will support enough formats to be a relatively safe buy for longer than a year.

I think that time has finally come for me and so I am currently very keen on getting my fingers on a device within the next 4 to 6 weeks.

I'm an avid reader, most of the time I read more than one book at a time, switching according to my current mood-set. Given that I commute 60 minutes on train twice a day I have quite some time to read but not the will (and power) to schlepp several books along. So, the ereader seems THE solution for this, along with the bursting bookshelves at home...

I hope this is a friendly place (so far, it seems to be) and maybe in the future I will be able to add my € 0.02.
