. There is some question and controversy about the whether access to the internet will always be free on the Kindle. However, as to Wikipedia it is quite clear. The sales material says quite specifically that it comes with free access to wikipedia. Of course it is US-only for now and I don't know where you live, so it might not fit your definition of 'available'.
