The drive should show up as a drive. In that case you could use the "Save To disk" option to get books onto it?

I think that the PRS-600 is likely to be officially supported by Calibre very soon - if I had to guess I would say probably from the 0.6.11 release which is imminent, and if not that release the one after a few days later.
