The moral of the story is, don't accidentally hit the Replace All button in the brief seconds after correcting the last mistake and hitting the Save As PDF button.
Corrected versions will be going up as soon as I've found all the missing words.
Apart from that, you're right, it *is* an excellent book. My family and friends are reading it too.
