As you could notice, OI site is not really user-friendly (it's not developer-friendly either, but that's a different story).

It would help to redo a user-oriented part of site using more appropriate tool than Trac. While I can set up one and customize it a bit, the result invariably looks ugly.

I'm looking for a volunteer(s) who want to help project by making a well-looking skin for the django-cms2 (just CSS, HTML and a simple template language) and maybe helping in structuring information on site. I can do all necessary programming (e.g. custom code for image downloads etc).
