I don't want to get into my experience with Dymocks and acquiring an ebook device from them, lest it turn in to a spittle-flecked rant (and it would. I've
done it before just over their bookstore service, to distract myself from my ebook-device gripe, which includes their left misshapen stump not knowing what their right, oozing pseudopod is doing...but I said I wouldn't). Suffice to say I would never purchase an ebook from them, will never purchase another device from them (
DA Direct is where it's at, baby!), and will only purchase pbooks from them (at a brick-and-mortar store - NEVER online) if I can't get them from anywhere else and they're in stock.
Cheers,
Marc (Dymocks! We hates it, we hates it, we hates it forever!)
