Normally the wind chimes aren't so bad - although I've never liked the ones my neighbours have. But today was a windy one; and they sounded like collapsing scaffolding!! No-one can claim that's soothing!!
But the wind should die down soon, so hopefully they'll be back to minor nuisance levels soon.
I know a lot of people have to put up with a lot worse than that - so I shouldn't grumble.
