It was funny, the first thing he did when he got in was stalled the State for 10 days until he got the budget approved....he was shooting for 8% and got the 7% approved with surprisingly little complaint. Then he was going to try to allow gas stations to go Self Serve and he got so many letters he booted that idea. Amazing peoples priorities, eh?
