Thanks, I'll try give that a go later. It was the next step I kept thinking about, but hoped there'd be some extra simple solution somewhere - though that is wishful thinking for this software!

If I can, I'll try get my netbook out at work and see if I can give it a go earlier. I'll let you know what happens.
