There are more than enough black Pocket PROs to handle all pre-orders. That is not a problem. We have plenty!
Right now, folks, every single person in our company is in the warehouse doing ship prep and shipping. PLEASE... realize that people are working 16 hour days right now to get all these orders filled! We just hired new workers to assist.
PLEASE, give it a chance to get done. In two days they will all be on their way and everything will slow down. Please realize that notification comes mainly from the shipper and not from us. I think that what all of you will find is the device arrived safe and sane in a very short time.
If you sincerely have a problem, do email to
support@astak.com. But please give it a day or two to allow the units to get out the door... which is what you all want and we want to please you!
