On battery life, remember the DR is almost twice the size of the Sony, & the DR has a touch screen. It simply uses power at a faster rate than smaller e-book readers.
However, it does not have Wifi. The version that was supposed to have it never came out, and truthfully, I'm just as happy without it. If it did have wireless, I would
never get any work done.
