well frick of frick and frack fame may have finally loaded one to many straws onto the camel's back. he decided to light into me when I was on the phone with not one, but two technical support people from not one, but two seperate agencies. the phone was on speaker as I had been entering a lot of stuff into the computer while they were watching on a remote connection. he was in full throttle mode. started with the door between our rooms SLAMMING open! him hitting the door jam with both fists and him screaming at me. I totally kept my cool, and got these other techs to write up statements. I just got back from Equal Employment where I found that you cannot file against a co-worker
, but only against your supervisor. I LIKE my supervisor, I do not want to get her into trouble. I also DO realize that she is at fault for not nipping this in the bud earlier. I will hold off on any of that sort of activity for as long as possible. I have a message into the correct person at HR.
I guess I'm as mad as hell and not going to take it anymore!
