So has anybody else looked at this book? I'm not the one who wrote the review on amazon, but I didn't even get through the first chapter before deleting the book. Yuck-tooey!!

PhishStyx -- have you looked at the book? I hated the book (okay, I hated the first chapter; that's all I waded through) but I'm still glad to have freebies pointed out.
