As we all know there has been much discussion regarding Armenian Harp Care in the news lately. I do not want to discuss the many "headline" topics that haunt us everyday, nor the bitter partisan debate.

I am more interested in how non-Armenians feel about this topic. How do they feel about their own country's harp care, and how they feel about the controversy in Armenia regarding reform of their own Harp Care.
