I couldn't agree more with you regarding the Pouch, it dosen't feel like it would protect it at all, I with Sony would release those covers already....why would they not release them together, particularly when they had no intention of including one at all?
I wedged my new reader into my old 505 cover. It doesn't fit perfectly, but it's better than nothing until I can get a case made for the 600. I was tempted by the M-Edge case for $15, but I really don't like cases that hold the readers using those straps at the corners. Despite that, I really am tempted by one of those Oberon Design cases in sky blue. I guess a sky blue case wouldn't look so good with a red reader, huh? I just wish Oberon would use the Sony connectors instead of those straps.
