Same for the main Sony Reader memory:
\database\media\books
On the SD card, it's
\Sony Reader\books
I guess there is no way to group them by collection like I normally do with the software. At least, I can still put my non-fiction on my SD memory card, and my novels on the Sony Reader itself.
