I bought a 505 in June (remember the 199$ Borders promotion?).

If I didn't have one, I'd look at a 300. Price is important to me, as is portability. I don't use the expansion cards as much as I thought I might (do use them a bit, though). But I'm not tempted to replace my 505 with any of the new models.

Don't care about touchscreen, dictionary, annotations. I like the readability of the screen (contrast), and the form factor.
