Hi,

I have been converting pdf files to mobi using 0.6.x and have and bizarre issue with table of content.

"Chapter twenty" is present but not "Chapter twenty-one"

Actually, if there is an hyphen in the number, entry is not present.

I cannot see why this could be when looking at the defaul regex for toc creation.

Thanks for any hint that could fix this.
