More info on sorting problem
First - thanks for the suggestion on subfolders. I have started using them.
I have set up an example of my problem. I'm using three "Authors" named Lily, Lily K and LKY. Their books are named 01, 02, etc. I have set up two folders with similar content.
Example 1 - works okay
The folder contains this file (L Books) and 23 other txt files with the following names:
Lily#01
Lily#02
Lily#03
Lily#04
Lily#05
Lily K#01
Lily K#02
Lily K#03
Lky#01
Lky#02
Lky#03
Lky#04
Lky#05
Lky#06
Lky#07
Lky#08
Lky#09
Lky#10
Lky#11
Lky#12
Lky#13
Lky#14
Lky#15
Note that the initials "Lky" have upper case "L" and lower case for "ky".
They display in the JetBook as:
L Books
Lily 01
Lily 02
Lily 03
Lily 04
Lily 05
Lily K 01
Lily K 02
Lily K 03
Lky 01
Lky 02
Lky 03
Lky 04
Lky 05
Lky 06
Lky 07
Lky 08
Lky 09
Lky 10
Lky 11
Lky 12
Lky 13
Lky 14
Lky 15
Example 2 - does not work
The folder contains this file (L Books) and 23 other txt files with the following names:
Lily#01
Lily#02
Lily#03
Lily#04
Lily#05
Lily K#01
Lily K#02
Lily K#03
LKY#01
LKY#02
LKY#03
LKY#04
LKY#05
LKY#06
LKY#07
LKY#08
LKY#09
LKY#10
LKY#11
LKY#12
LKY#13
LKY#14
LKY#15
Note that the initials "LKY" are all upper case. The other file names are the same as in example 1.
They display in JetBook as:
L Books
LKY 11
LKY 12
LKY 13
Lily 01
Lily 02
Lily 03
Lily 04
Lily 05
LKY 01
LKY 02
LKY 03
LKY 04
LKY 05
LKY 06
LKY 07
LKY 08
LKY 09
LKY 10
LKY 14
LKY 15
Lily K 01
Lily K 02
Lily K 03
Clearly upper vs lower case makes a difference. Note that the "LKY" books do not even sort together.
Any ideas about what is happening?
