Yeah I am not sure what is going on with the software inside of the Cool-er but it obviously having an issue. Its odd that even resetting it with the reset button won't fix the issue.
I am a really heavy reader so I imagine that the problems that I am having wouldn't show up for months possibly longer with the average user who doesn't read 5 or more books a week.
Well at least I still have my trusty little EB1150. I wish they would come out with an updated one of those!
