I think and it's only personal opinion based on my usage and experiences, but it's (BeBook) worth every cent. Not only it actually makes me want to read because I love geek toys, it also enables me to create my own texts into something that can be read without turning on my laptop in the park for just 15 minutes (because of the battery) or dragging around 150 pages of A4 sheets. So what if the page doesn't refresh within 0.001 seconds? Or that it's only b/w?

People expect too much from the eReaders as they are in fact designed for novels, not technical PDFs with schematics. As a book reader, it works like a charm and if only we could forget about fancy pages with heavy graphics and mayhem, we would actually perhaps focus on the message that is being sent to the reader.
