Amazon's 65% of ebook retail rice is a lot more than they'll accept for pbooks. They stock and sell my pbooks for 20% of retail.

It's worth noting that Amazon seems to be discounting all ebooks - by 40% for ebooks over $11 or so. So the percentage they retain of the sale price is not 65% but around 42% (more for cheaper ebooks). Still rather high IMO.
