Had idea: install ADE then retry ebook library
No go. (PPC ADE actually appears to work well though!)
After which I tried "upgrade" (a reinstallation by any other name is still a reinstallation, one would hope). Again, no go.
Will contact Sony, they may want to hear about this! (Phone call to .us prohibitedly expensive, will try e-mail).
